Elly is a self-taught baker and award winning cake designer. She was inspired throughout her youth by the delicious layered cakes that her mother would create for each of their family members’ birthdays. Her creativity extends to other talents such as painting, decorating, and gardening. Although shy, she has a contagious laugh and great sense of humor. She is the proud wife and mother of four wonderful children. She also enjoys running, skiing, and traveling.
